Today’s #KIDspeakNZ chat was (searching the thesaurus for the most accurate adjective)
“AWE-INSPIRINGLY PHENOMENAL”
Yes… those are fairly accurate!
It was an absolute pleasure to assist Marianne (@knowclue) with her venture to gather some NZ student voice on KIWI KIDS thoughts about whether schools are keeping up with the technology kids are using outside of school.
There were about 14 classes participating in #KIDspeakNZ today! Around 900 tweets! It was FAST!
Reading over the STORIFY really demonstrates that many New Zealand classrooms are doing well when it comes to their use of technology. The positivity which resonated from the students’ tweets was truly impressive and exciting.
